Reserve Garden is a celebration of nurturing, protecting and showing off cherished blooms whether your garden exists outdoors, in your sewing room, or both. A rhythmic pattern of simple but interesting 12” patchwork blocks hold the background steady and ready for little explosions of appliqué flowers that swirl around a center “reserve garden” of blooms. Clever and close color tones help to create a lovely canvas for more graphic solids and complimentary vignettes. The repetition of the outer four panels, that swim around the center makes the quilt building process quite direct once you make your early fabric choices.
