My Allegory collection of fabrics is so Folk-y fun that I could not resist the opportunity to adapt my popular Folk Flower Quilt pattern. The smaller scale prints are perfect backgrounds for the simple appliquéd flowers. Not to mention the Square Dance floral panels fit in perfectly when I scaled the blocks to 11" squares on point, adding lovely detail of fussy-cut beauty. This pattern teaches the appliqué using raw edge techniques with my favorite fusible product and a machine stitched finish.
